Who We Are

With over a decade of industry experience, Involve was established to cater to the diverse needs of individuals within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Located in South-East Brisbane, Involve is deeply rooted in understanding and embracing cultural diversity, ensuring that each participant receives support tailored to their unique background and requirements. At Involve we understand that cultural diversity goes beyond cultural competence and by emphasizing an environment where individuals feel respected, understood, and safe within their cultural context.
We focus on providing a framework for a more inclusiveness society by providing individuals with disabilities the tools and resources they need to lead fulfilling lives. Our goal is to empower individuals to develop coping mechanisms, improve their quality of life, and achieve greater independence within the framework of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

At Involve, we believe that building healthy and positive relationships are essential to fostering a supportive environment for our participants. Through our therapeutic approach our staff take time to identify and address specific needs related to a person’s disability, mental health, or emotional challenges. Our therapeutic approach may include behaviour management, sensory strategies and skill building exercises. Our staff are passionate about their role and provide high quality support to meet the specific needs of our participants.
